i've used cap and cove on the capping strip and it's good. It grips fairly quickly which i wasn't expecting.
Got to be easier than bloody tape and spray. Looks good and neat. Not sure how it would be day in day out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Going to try this. My only concern would be only two beads of 3mm adhesive on the entire outside area of the cove form, wall and cap to hold the vinyl.
You will have no issue with the bond strength. It's stronger than any of the contact adhesives and tapes.
Have used flexi fix, yes. What is the cheapest source please for cap and cove adhesive? £7.00 a tube seems a bit on the steep side. Can I buy a box of it cheaper?
