carpet roll size?

    Are most carpets in the UK sold from 4 metre rolls nowadays.

    I want a 3m x 3m carpet for my spare room.

    Buying from a roll will mean I pay for an extra 3 sq. metres.

    most carpets come in 3/4/5 meter widths. however you will need to go to a local shop. The 'sheds' tend to stick to 4meter rolls.

    some shops have a remnant bay, you may be lucky to find the right size in the right colour
