I went into John Lewis today browsing carpets and liked a range called Chartwell Velvet. I only realised afterwards that the carpets in JL are now run as a concession by The Floor Room, who I understand are part of Carpetright. I’d like to support a local independent business if possible, either by finding out who makes the Chartwell or any recommendations for something similar. It’s for bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing.
