Ive got 3x flights of stairs with existing nosings & ceramics to sort out.
Break off the ceramics, 9mm ply, vinyl & new nosings.
Does anyone use one of those small cup grinders ?
Im thinking that might work for this type of thing

Yes mate I use them small cup discs around the edges when grinding laitance. They're quick but be careful you don't over do it :D they eat the surface in no time

You seem to get all the best jobs ,they do work well, but dust extraction may not be great when you get over the edge, obviously the smaller the cup, the closer into the corner you'll get

That's a good point Paul, they kick out plenty of dust in no time.
Sounds like it'll be a very cloudy day :D

This job is a proper nightmare. The above is probably the easiest part of it.

We have a refina one. It’s pretty decent and with a good extractor not much dust at all

Ive found a small grinder I had as a freebie from something, and bought the attachment & cowel from Preptec.
Will see how it works out
