Chevron or herringbone

Hi guys
What do you think is easier to fit, chevron or herringbone in an engineered wood. We do loads of herringbone but not to many in chevron. We usually charge around £30 per sqm is this about right?

Depending type of area (lounge or passage ways/hallways) £35 - £45m2
