Hi We have 2 year old concrete flooring in a modern house. We treated it with a matte densifier thinking it would prevent stains. Unfortunately, it doesn't and we are getting all sorts of grease, oil and other stains, even when we try to clean up immediately. We really want to maintain the matte finish. What type of penetrating sealer can we use on top of already densified concrete? Many thanks, Meggie
