I know its a bit of a rarity now, but ive a shit load to cut.
They cant be pre measured, due to time constraints on production, and the MC being absolutely useless.
For ali, I just use an ali blade in a mitre saw, but I know brass is harder, so may need a proper non-ferrous blade.
Just looked at prices, and there a bit mad.
Has anyone used a standard ali blade ?

I had to cut 8 of these and used my evolution chop saw, battered through them like butter.

I have a rage and it's a bit harsh. Got a new toy.. a grinder Chopsaw or you can get a stand for a regular grinder from Amazon.
A metal grinder blade will cut through without bits flying all over and a cut like you've ordered it in that size.. perfect. So far I've cut everything and no messing with a hacksaw or blades blunting.
Also saves time, hope this helps.
