Just heard, they might be announcing another national lockdown on Monday, if they do, will anyone still be going to work anyway?

If so will be like last time I would think, is the work essential or not. If not then stay at home

Construction will be classed as essential work so will continue im pretty sure.
But, it may stop us from working, as hotels etc may close & I was due to start an away job in 2 weeks.
Last time, it was difficult to continue as the supply chain was so poor.
Maybe this time it will be better. I suppose its what they deem as essential ?

Looks like you can still go to work as long as products are available.

Personally it seems clearer this time around as delivery’s and click and collect are ok even if a shop has to close and working in others homes is listed as an exemption.

Closing the shop won't be such a problem this time, it might even relieve some of the stress of being so busy, my main concern is getting the jobs done, that are already booked in, although it's not a big business, i still have over 70 jobs in the diary and don't even want to think about how to rearrange them all

As long as I can still get stock up with tools, I'll still carry on

At least it looks like the suppliers are still going to be working, already had an email from cormar, saying it will be business as usual, although, business as usual for most of the suppliers lately is short staffed, no stock and late deliveries
