Client wants hardwood flooring. Pulled up old carpet to reveal old bitumen adhesive (tested, asbestos free). Have put Arditex NA over the top of it.

Now need a DPM. Client has small kids so requested whichever product has least nasties/odours. Bit of research suggests that Bostic Speedmaster One Coat DPM may be the way to go?

I'd then probably put another few mm of NA over the top as the floor still needs a bit of levelling... Although haven't found NA to flow very well.

Any thoughts on best DPM and levelling coat in the circumstances would be appreciated? Thanks

Thanks. I would under normal circumstances, I was just trying to be ultra accomodating to the client as they have special needs in the family.

All dpms are going to be a bit nasty. Your better off sticking with a Ardex system.
