DPM when selself leveler

I have lifted my downstairs toilet lino (all 3 layers of it) and was left with an concrete floor thats slightly rough. Plan is to lay some LVT as its very thin. So after doing a bit of research and what is readily avalible on my area I was thinking of doing the following

apply mapei grip plus
Lay mapei Ultimate Leveller 1210

 

You would want Mapei eco prim T primer not grip. Is the concrete dry of any damp.

 

Get a fitter stop been tight cheaper than replacement probably work out cheaper that buying the glue the screed the feather if needed the spiked roller the primer etc
