Got an upstairs bathroom coming up (7m2) (sub floor: floorboards) with an electrical under floor heating system (that I'm laying) Karndean: Van Gogh as the finished flooring.

Just want to check my prep list is solid.. as I've never installed the actual matting before.

    1. Ply board the subfloor with 6mm (leave gap in ply for sensor to sit in near thermostat)
    2. Prime the ply board with neat p131
    3. Lay UFH system with spray adhesive
    4. Apply a first coat of super flex 30 purely to mesh all the wires together (leave to dry)
    5. Once dry apply super flex 30 to about 8mm to fully encapsulate the UFH.
    6. Lay flooring on high temp adhesive or universal

    Would this be ok..

Not sure about the spray adhiesive
I’d try and tape a few bits down with masking tape , but the primer itself can help
I normally use mapei renovation for my choice of screed over ply and underfloor heating
Then either universal or mapei eco fix pressure sensitive , depending on area
