Hi there, I own a retail flooring shop in in East/West Sussex. I have 1 employee who is the full time manager of my shop. He usually does about 5 to 12 surveys / measures per week after office hours from 5pm til sometimes 8pm or later some nights once he has finished his 9am til 5pm normal hours and quite often takes business calls / customer service calls in his own time too. Can anyone give me an idea to what I should be paying him per survey / measure please? Considering that he wins on average 60 to 70% of the jobs that he quotes for? Many thanks in advance
