This has been a massive year for me. Changed a lot after losing my dad last year. Made my unit into a shop, took a new Apprentise on , took a shop manager on. Moved forward a lot.

My business partner paul who’s 65 is retiring next year. He’s still on his knees everyday which made me think I don’t want that. He’s done in now with a bad knee.

So my plan is to be off my knees in 6 years ( 55 )
Then run the shop and do the measures.
I plan to take on another Apprentise next year and with my other employed fitter and a few subbies I use hopefully it’s a good future.

    What’s your plans ?

Sounds a solid plan to me! I’ve just become qualified and got my cscs. I’m only 20 and on the books at the minute, still gaining confidence all the time so would ideally like to sub contract, start a firm in the future
