as the title says lads, will be putting some cheap laminate down and a cheap bit of carpet on the stairs, going to start saving up and probablylook to 12 months before doing it nice any ideas would be appreciated looking around 120m2 plus 2 sets of stairs.
A bit of astro turf always looks impressive on a balcony and easy maintanance. Whilte rock all the way through and get Altro to commission it for a show piece. As this is what use to happen pre the previous down turn (80's) the manufacturers use to give it away for a show home in the hope they would get the flooring for the other 5000 houses that were being built.
Cfs have some old stock laminate they will sell cheap. Must be able to get a cheap roll off some1 even if its faulty
just bide your time if you can and speak to reps to find discontinued stock, thats how we buy stock for the shop specials and discontinued stuff means we can make good margins and still sell it loads cheaper than normal price! without the make believe prices form some of the big chains
Same as tone... If you have a headlam account ask to go on their wesite and look under specials you'll see all the discontinued stuff, prices , part rolls, wood, lvt, what ever is available at the time...
If you wanted to spend more on quality, brintons do very good deals on certain lines, line tone said. lines being dis con, or roll only. They have a stripe collection, 3 colours in that are currently half price so you can get some quality brintons for the same cost a t+ c cormar. Speak to the rep.
not looking for cheapy, already got a cheapy sorted for now one of eggers laminates straight through thinking more long term, mflor/bamboo/westex etc... proper gear price wont be an issue only is now 'cause it's a big b***ard house and needs everything all at once
Bamboo has been dropped, have a fair few boxes of light at a decent price to clear the lot !! Mflor !!
leaning more towards mflor at the minute, but the wife likes bamboo so looking for a happy medium although she doesn't like the bamboo effect one from mflor
Contact your local distinctive mflor rep about the new pallet ranges !! Might be worth investing to use within your own home, then have some spare stk to then push out ??
