Keen to know what sort of £m2 you 'grinders' charge. I do a minimum charge up to 25m2 but I'm getting alot of certain customers asking for 'cash price'

    Is £4m2 reasonable?
I use my refina pd23, refina hand grinder for edges and my trelawny 3 motor vac.

Normally £5-6 depending on whats needed. But, that`s big areas
For major stuff ive hired in 3 phase machines & generators so just depends on the job

This is my thinking as well.
I do alot of domestic/new build grinding these days and its usually around 50 - 80m2 jobs and I charge £4m2 yet still get asked to do a better price but I never fall below that.

Now a local kitchen company want me to do most of their grinding for them but asking for cash price but I'm not budging unless they pay the going rate cash or not
