When I was removing white paint from a wooden floor a number of white spec marks were left when it dried out. I was only using soap and warm water. It seems as though the scrubbing of the floor has marked it. I believe this as an old oil finish so I'm wondering what easy remediation I can do to this floor that doesn't involve sanding and re-staining the whole floor? See photos below. Thanks
