I am hoping to have lvt fitted o. Top of pine floor boards in my living room, I have 3 quotes but don't know which aspects are the ones to be considered and important.
Quote 1 is for 9mm ply board underlay and skim, fit VG karndean 3mm and 0.5 wear layer.
Quote 2 5.5 plywood, karndean VG 2.5mm wear layer 0.5
Quote 3 6mm sp101 ply board, distinctive flooring, landscape wildwood range 2.5mm thick 0.7 wear layer?
Which is more important the sub floor, the thickness of the flooring or the wear level.

Any help, advice and information gladly received.

    Thank you.
