    Any advise on the below

I have supplied engineered herringbone 15mm one sided T&G, customer has fully bonded to the concrete sub floor tested dry, clean and level within -/+3mm over 2 meters. 80% of the floor is fine but 20% of the blocks are lipping at the header by up to 3mm in some areas. Customer and fitter is saying the product is faulty and saying reason is because block should have 2 sided t&g have sold 100m2 of this product never had issues. Any one every experienced this and know what may cause this?

So are the headers drop connect? Do you know what adhesive was used?
