I have had my floor levelled by a floor company (Ply over wood and latex over old tiles). The same company are coming back to lay Karndean Van G

How flat does the floor need to be? Its not a perfect finish. They are still to woodsmooth some edges, but before they lay the floor I want to inspect it to have confidence it will be good.
what tolerance is there for minor bumps etc...

    thanks

They'll most likely rub it down before they go ahead fitting so give them the chance to sort it before you jump on their backs as they walk through the door!

If they dont attempt to flatten it then you have the wrong people fitting your floor...

2mm over a metre for levelness and generally should be smooth to the eye, if your on your hands and knees then that's over the top
