How to end laminate to door

Hello. Just need advice on how best to end laminate when it meets the bottom of the patio doors (1.5 m wide) and similarly the back pvc door (80 cm) wide. I have searched and cant quite find the right product. I can find edge profile trims but they are 100cm wide. I guess they will be ok for the back door but not the patio.....any advice would be of great help.

You could use 45mm upvc architrave or D mould so it blends into doors

It's just the plastic trim they use to tidy up any damage to plaster when they fit upvc windows, just Google it, I'm sure they'll be an image
