Hi not posted on this Forum many times but it seems really good for these kind of questions. I live in Rotherham and I'm 33 years old and stuck between a rock and a hard place in my career. I'm looking to get back into flooring, At the moment I'm in a well paid job but working regular Saturdays which is not great with a family and 2 young children. Working in sales at the moment which is going well as I'm in the top 3 of my company which has 700 depots but Carpets are where i started my career and something I'd love to go back to. Anyone who has any help or contacts would be much appreciated. Cheers Ryan
I see your point and i know that this fame is weekends in sales, Just saying i would do both but i do not want weekends. So would be fitting but i understand there may be the odd Saturday. Looking for the ideal job but i know that is pretty much impossible.
You gets some strange people on here Ryan , you ask a simple question and you get a load of nonsense back
You need to get with a local firm I’d say helping the fitters so you can back into it. Do you have any old contacts.
Funnily enough I've done exactly the same thing mate, but regretting it at mo. Nothing going in my area, I'm doing bit for a local firm, mostly Polysafe Standard, but on £11 an hour .... I was on more than that 30 years ago.
