I'm kitting out a campervan and intend to use LVT on the walls and floor. Do you guys who work with it recon it would stick and stay up on a plywooded internal van roof with PS adhesive if left to get very tacky?
Make sure you damp test it first Done a couple walls in a caravan for a mate of mine long time ago and I used f44 back then and they're still up apart from a few gaps appeared bit you'll get that due to heavy winds moving and twisting the caravan about abit.
What would you consider to be a suitable temperature to acclimatize and then install LVT to limit expansion and shrinkage in a van that most of the time is not heated then?
I'd just store them in room temp at home, fan heater keeping things warm in the back of your van and you could use an epoxy adhesive. There will be movement front the twists and turns so you'll still get the gapping plus the temps in your van during the winter periods will hit very low temps so shrinkage is most likely going to occur. The floor will be fine for wet setting with the right adhesive and wet setting on the walls could be done carefully if you tape it in places.
