After 5 years working as a subby i have decided to go it alone. Still taking on the odd bit of work for the firms aswell in the beginning as i make in roads. My experience is mostly commercial stick down carpet, cap/cove vinyl and LVT. Any tips or advice welcome.
Sell good products and do jobs to a high standard to build up your rep. Get a website and a Facebook page.

Thats my aim mate. I would rather start off slowly producing jobs that i can be proud of then bashing them out. Gonna try get on a coulple of courses to fill any gaps in my knowledge. Hopefully everything falls into place if i stick with it
