Ive used Suppress it by everyones favorite Ultrafloor and F-Balls F78 and they always worked, but I defiantly prefer the 2x part like F77
Last year we also used of Uzin 404 over anhydrite which also worked well.
Next year we have 170 new build units to complete over sand & cement screed. Some will be wet, but will have had some time to dry, so I expect 80ish RH
A moisture suppressant, will defiantly be quicker & cheaper, and cost will be a major factor, but so will the finish staying on the floor !

Whats peoples views on it, and the different types.

Get the heating blasted on in the houses asap to force dry. F78 & a moisture tolerant screed like 1200 would be sufficient I’d say, if you can damp test as you go it would give you peace of mind.

Mvs and Na if you can.
I use the Uzin mainly now but the 280 primer can prolong things for me sometimes.

Not all have UFH, and even if they do it wont be on.
Generally, its electric rads to bring up the temp.
I will be testing ahead of installing.

The budget won`t go to NA.
To win these sites, the prices are a joke !
In the summer we were doing 2x coats of 404 then 280 and screeding.
I wont get that in over the winter months though.

For new builds, when the readings aren’t too high I use ardex mvs95 and k39.
Not had a problem since I’ve used that system, about 5 years. Brilliant finish.
CL could be the answer for you though due to

Don’t get me wrong 404 probably is better/stronger We used Wakol pu dpm which is pretty much the same as 404 for years and it never let me down but it’s not the nicest stuff
