Hi after some advice following carpet fitting on stairs and landing before I call the supplier back to raise concerns

should the carpet be loose not tight there press and has lumps on the upside of stairs

Should carpet be curled over at edges of stairs or sit flush and be able to be lifted if pinch

Should there be flat patches in corners

It also has lumps in the carpet / air bubbles on the landing which am raising.

have uploaded two pics of stairs with issues as was not able to upload any more.
    Any advice appreciated. thanks

Bottom picture looks like bad gripper placement to me. There shouldn't be any lumps or bumps on flat areas. Stairs should be taught, but you shouldn't be pulling at it like you are in the picture.
