Hi all, Thanks for the add. Need a little underlay advice. Having a stair and landing carpet fitted next week. Decided to do the underlay myself, done it before, but old style underlay, green down, brown paper up, even stated this side up. This new foam underlay I bought has one side blue, one side red, no writing on it. Is it fitted blue side up or red side up? Any advice please. Thanks
Hi, depends on the underlay. On most they use the same material on both sides so it doesn't really matter. But normally the smoother side on the top. Have a look at the manufacturers website.
