    Hello,

I need to level out my concrete kitchen floor, I was advised to put down a layer of DPM and then put the leveling compound on top

Is this the correct method ? I wouldn't think it would bond to the DPM

I'm using NX 3-50 floor leveller and the DPM would be 650-1000Gauge

Would an SBR Primer be better

I plan on putting down about 5mm thick compound.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated

You’d need a moisture reading to determine weather or not a dpm is required. I’ve never had any experience with that compound, I would use a better one. There’s plenty to choose from

You would need a liquid Dpm like ardex DPM1c
