    Evening,

Had a shop to prep. Gypsum slab, moisture levels fine. Anyways scab the top layer off then P131 with 1200 to follow. Anyways Im starting to latex and notice P131 is peeling in parts!! Can't understand why it's happened this time, never happened on my of my jobs. God knows what Im gonna fine tomorrow, pissed off is a understatement. Thoughts guy on why?

    2 coats 121 and 1100 on gypsum I wouldn’t be using 131 and 1200.

As above 121 not 131. A dilute coat of 121 then a neat coat should be ok.
A new build lot we worked for did one neat coat of 121 only, then green bag. Never saw it fail.
I don`t like 131 anyway, always seems a bit peely...

My mistake, I'm sure I asked Technical before and advised such. But yes P121 dilute and then neat after. Take up and redo screed

P131 peels off most surfaces most the time Can't stand the stuff and yes as above should have used 121

On a side note I've noticed a few fitters now using the Ardex KB40 HB. Anyone here use? Spoke to the rep supposedly not suitable for old adhesives so I guessed new builds main use. Still going between CL and 1200.

I've used a few times now It goes down pretty nice but definitely don't get the stated coverage per bag Lucky if I was getting 3m2 @3mm so not very cost effective
