    Hello

I have recently installed some new solid oak parquet floor. I now need to sand, fill and finish. I was planning to hire a drum sander however I also see that the alternative is a glider sander. Does anyone know what would be most suitable for the job given it is new floor. Also what grit of sandpaper should I use? From what I have read most start with a 60 grit but this is mainly related to restoring old floors that needs the top layer or dirt/varnish removing first. I was also planning to use Bona traffic HD matt. Does anyone have any experience of this product or can recommend something better?

    Any help is appreciated.

Same as above but finish with 17" orbital, I think the future is Flexisand though.

If lacquering I normally use bona prime then Traffic HD. An alternative would be HP Commercial.
