Polyflor outside

Can polyflor be installed on a outside balcony? Would the elements induce a fail?

 

I installed some big commercial expona in a neighbours open Bar/chill space (no side wall) using some of ardex's epoxy adhesive and it's been fine the 2yrs it's been down.
They get alot of Sun and heat, I can honestly say it doesn't look like it's moved at all
