Got a fitter doing a job next week and i want to use a quick drying one coat dpm, i realised it's a long time since i used one and was wandering if anyone had any recommendations.

What drying time do you want..... I use ardex dpm1cr for rapid with n/a under and above but you could use a rapid set on top.
Stopgap f77 is pretty quick as well

The room temperature will effect it a lot, if your room is 10 degrees will take longer than 20 degrees

Is it suitable as a Dpm as spec says not for structural dpm so is this more a moisture suppressant

Are you applying a pre smoothing cost of n/a before applying the dpm

So is it new concrete with a functioning dpm underneath or is it a refurbish job with no dpm under

Ardexdpm1cr the lot then.... but coverage will be less without the pre coat of n/a and could cause pinholing

When the customer tells you the cats are locked upstairs ,but in reality she has just put a small bookcase at the top of the stairs ,because cats are notorious for being really bad at jumping 20170522_171129.jpg

Definitely one of those "oh f###!" moments.the worst part was it one of those big fluffy Persian things, i had only fitted the carpet on the stairs and lvt throughout the upstairs a couple of weeks before and it had ran all over it and the bed and the furniture ,when she got home, the cat was literally stuck to a shelf
