I’m starting a job next week Amtico spacia parquet. Roughly 75sqm. Existing part of the house 25sqm is timber floor boards. New extension is the remainder and on under floor heating. Thinking of plying the timber areas and then doing a full screed over the lot. What do you guys think am I best of with latex or water based. Cheers

I've use either uzin 196 and mapei renovation which are both water based for these type jobs.
I use flexible primer now if it's a mix of timber/concrete subfloors

would you always go with water based over latex? also the uzin 196 is that suitable for hoing over anhydrite screed aswell

Murexin ca20 same specs as 110 but lists at £8 per bag cheaper, both are c30/f7
