Residual Humidity levels

    nice find.

    Hopefully that will give a few users a better understanding on RH and moister content. Graphs are good.

    Subfloor RH is set at 75% RH. (so yes to high) I dont believe there is a quoted figure for the Air RH ? we have recommendations only

    Anyway, the Subfloor RH has just been lowered for subfloors in the new BS when they come out (for wooden floors only)

    This is why 'we' BWFA on our training courses state that a surface DPM should always be installed under under a wooden floor. It is the only way to lower the RH to a acceptable level. It is then up to the customer to control the moister above the floor. So basically what your link is on about, the moister above the flooring.
