Charlies van got broken into yesterday. Drilled a hole through the side door, and also did a Transit parked opposite. Leister welding kit, mixer, Fein saw, SDS Multidrill, Bosch laser, full Hitachi cordless kit, Flexvolt batteries & charger, and more. If I caught them, I wouldn`t be writing this now.
How much you want for the lot Joking aside its best you don't catch up with them because like you say, smashing someone's head in on impulse would have been game over. They'll end up selling them for pennies aswell
Yep, total c*nts. This is my 5 or 6th time now. Don`t even bother reporting it anymore as nothing gets done, or even followed up. If there is a plus side the other vans carry more kit, so could have been worse. We were back at the same site today, and just leave the van unlocked, empty. I would love to sit in the back, just waiting, but then I have to stop and think about it. You could loose a lot of years for a few minutes of getting even ! As Rugmunching says, worst of it is its £1000`s to us, but sold for fuck all

This is my mates van last week. It really is getting beyond a joke. He caught them getting in, and chased them. Then they tried to run him over.
Working in Grimsby this week. 3 vans all broken into last night. Only managed to get into the back of one, but cleaned that out of kit. Transporter- passendger window done Vivaro- both passenger and driver window done Expert- drivers window & cleaned out. Really makes me sick. I want to wait out for them, but I know its going to be time if I do.
I`m so sick of it. At every job we get to now, my first thought is, is it more likely the van will get done here or the site. Its seems like its just an everyday normal thing now. The 150 mile journey home with just some plastic wrapped over the door was a nightmare too. Cold & deafening. We were in London before this site and vans were getting done every day. The paint sprayer put his gun down to talk to the site agent, and when he went back they had nicked his 4K compressor.
