Hi All, I bought a couple of Roger Oates runners for my home direct from the company. Unfortunately I didn't realise how problematic it would be finding someone to fit who has worked with this material in my area! I have 2 runs of straight stairs- about 8 and 10 steps respectively. I've got the runners cut to size (with allowance) and suitable underlay so the job is ready to go. Is there anyone in Scotland, particularly near Glasgow who would consider quoting on this job for me?
Hi there, Yes I have done. They don't have any installers covering scotland. They do have recommended retailers but understandably those retailers are reluctant to fit if they haven't sold the product. The one person RO recommended is located in Southern England and so would have to travel adding to cost.
