Sanding and oiling

    Hi Guys

    Can anybody confirm what the normal m2 rate is for sanding off an 85m2 area (1 area) and 2 coats of oil ?/

    depends on if it's had 40 years of layers on it, or just a starting on a 50g or even an 80g
