That mean you have found equal not cheaper... and at least you know who I am... not just a voice on the end of the phone that switches off at 5pm !!
Did you read the small print where it says this compressor isn't suitable for commercial/trade use?? But at least it's cheap and that's what counts... or does it?
No never read that. Was just pricing the coiler up as I got mine there a couple of years ago at a lot less then there selling them now. Have 2 Sip compressors 25 litre and 50 litre.
So...., what one now? I wont be using it daily week in and week out..., and at the moment Im on a bit of a budget., saying that i dont wish to buy a cheap one, just one thats suitable for light to medium"ish" use (Fixing max 9mm, mostly 5.5mm ply to floor boards).. Id consider buying a used one as long as it works
There are some on eBay at the moment. Problem is your taking a chance. I have bought a few things in the past myself and been lucky.
If you want to keep it cheap and this is not being sarcastic, a hammer and a tub of ring shank nails or the screws I suggested earlier will do till your work builds up. That's how I started till I got a couple of big jobs which paid for the tools I needed.
It was meant to be.. We can all find cheaper, but are they up to the job for the trade. I try to find stuff that is as cheap as possible but better quality, I can fill the shop with cheap cheap cheap stuff but there's no point if it's not up to doing the job as a professional would like it to be. People may shop elsewhere if they find a tool or product cheaper than the forum shop, I just do my best to keep you guys interested in buying gear that can either help or save you money if and where possible.
I understand that but my first thought was betco as I had bought mine there. Didn't realise till I looked on your site that you was selling them so it was nothing personal Mario.
Never took it personally. I don't take anything personal on the forum as things can always be misread, especially when your deprived of said liquid...
