Setting out LVT

    Hi all, could you look at the attached pic and suggest the best starting point. I want to do the whole of downstairs with no transitions and I would like the planks to run the length of the hall way

    Start from the hallway, that's the first that hits you when you open the door.
    Take some measurements in the rooms to see how it falls and if it's off too much then tweak the planks (cut and bevel) in your doorways and restart the row.

    ....we're talking if it's out mega though, 10 - 15mm ain't going to hurt

    Yep, I would centre the hallway with a line and then measure across left and right to make sure you don’t have any thin cuts. I find the centre always works best. sometimes you need to take the line through the centre of the plank and sometimes you can use the line as a start
