    Has anyone used smart floors
Smart floors is a subfloor system for LVTs with an overlaping joint system. The uper and lower boards are struck with pre applied adhesive. This give a stable floor for working on no waiting for screed to go off as with normal levelling systems.
we are considering stocking this and would like your veiws.

Sounds like versilay. Any youtube vids? If you can offer it at a better price than the competion you should be onto a winner. The only problem is getting approval from the different flooring manufactuerers (warranty claims).

Its through Estillon, but nothing on their web site. It was launched at Harrogate 2010. I have some leaflets if anyone wants one. It is like Jumpax but less messing I think, it has a foam underlay on the base and is good for sound proofing reduction of 23dB.

looks almost identical to one done by QA windsor fastfit, but it doesn't have the foam built in
