    Hello,

Firstly I wanted to point out I've made this account specifically for advice with an issue I have, unfortunately my knowledge is so limited in the area I suspect I won't be able to provide any value back to this forum. Except maybe someone having the same issue as myself coming across this post.

I have a tenant who has a vinyl floor in a room that contains only a toilet & sink bit it appears to have developed white stains, I don't believe it's damp as it has floor boards that raise it off the ground. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be the issue?

I've attached images here of the problem, it's the large white / lighter areas that I'm looking at as an issue. Not the small specs.

    It's probably his toothpaste
Cheap stuff will stain easy enough, could be whatever he's splashing about in there is bleaching the floor
