Hi guys Quick question for you guys in the know! I am about to start laying some Amtico form flooring in two rooms of my house. Plywood SP 101 in one room and renovation screed in other room. Will I be ok to use Stopgap 121 primer before laying tiles with Amticos HT adhesive? Many Thanks
Ply has been down a while now so thought primer would be best and will primer give me a little more time for glue to go off on screed possibly? Just wanted to be sure before I go putting 121 down that I'm not making a mistake and shouldn't be using another primer of will the 121 be ok? Thanks
Don't prime before laying in HT adhesive The adhesives needs to soak into the prep surface to get a good bond Dry fit the floor, pull up in manageable sections,, relay in the adhesive wet If you prime it will take a life time to set

I've done this once before as well, turned out to be one of my most messiest jobs no matter how careful I was. That was with amtico's universal adhesive
