Strong smelling underlay

I fitted a customer's bedroom carpet and underlay on Saturday she is complaining of a strong smell. I told smell should go off
has anybody had the same experience with SpringBack Gold" 10mm Luxury PU Underlay

Had same thing with some connoisseur before and it eventually dies out.

....mine smelt like it came from a 'grow'

 

Every cosi bag we open stinks of weed, even been questioned if ive been smoking it .

 

I swear my last customer thought same you know
Few hrs into the fitting he started talking to me and he steered it towards cbd then onto how he believes cannabis should be legalised

I had this on cloud 9 cirrus years ago,smelt like cow shite,bloody typical because the job was in London,explanation was it was bagged up too quickly after being made , if you notice the cloud 9 bags used to have holes in it, I am not sure if they still do as I dont really use it
