Sub floor identification

    Went to look at a job today with the customer intending to have LVT down. Bit stumped on the subfloor. Although it doesn’t look it on the photos when cleaned off it’s very smooth and has a shine to it. Also it is very green in colour. It is rock solid and very hard to scrape. It’s a 3 year old house, when tramex was put on it, it was off the scale. Any help appreciated, cheers

    That was my initial thoughts but why would it be green? Never seen it before

    Could it have possibly had a primer on it that's coloured it?

    Don’t think so, if it’s scraped hard enough it comes up as you would expect, like a powder. It has had sheet vinyl down, could it be mould?

    It looks like primer. If you scrape it and it come off it’s likely that. The whole thing looks like it could do with a grind anyway
