    Hi,

Unsure if the query has been answered. I plan to apply vinyl adhesive tiles onto my kitchen floor. There is the subfloor made up of the planks, and the other half is concrete which is slightly uneven. Can anyone recommend a suitable underlay for the vinyl?

They need to be stuck on a solid sub floor or even better not used at all tbh

Okay, I might look into plywood as the concrete floor isn't fully smooth & level.

Don't ply it, you need it screeding if it's not smooth and level

Never put wood in direct contact with a porous substrate, it needs moisture testing and screeding.
