Been advised that cosi 10mm would be good for us by our fitter. What do you guys think? Don't have a lot of cash to spare on the stuff!
Cosi 10 is alright, its not that bad, I only use it when customers are on a tight budget. I tend to use the connoisseur 8/10mm or the sapphire by Interface.
Thanks for the reply. I'm on a tightish budget, dont want to spend more than £6. It's what the fitter has recommended for our budget.
Would it better to get cloud 9 cirrus as opposed to cosi 10? Which is longer lasting and nicer feeling in your professional opinion mate?
Cirrus by far, will last alot longer than cosi. I find cosi goes flat to quick, no pump left in it. I used to use cirrus/cumulus as my main underlays but they went up quite steep in price whereas conn 8/10 work out near same or cheaper for me.
Not sure about conn but cirrus is £110 a full roll for me, fitting included along with the carpet. I'm probably spending an extra 250 altogether as opposed to if I got the stuff myself and hired a fitter but I didn't want the hassle!
cosi is ok for what it is, if you want it to last a long time then the cloud 9 cirrus is better, the cosi goes flat and loses its structure and firmness where as ive seen the cloud 9 5 years later thats still as good as new.
