I wonder if it’s bleeding through from the back?

It seems like a reaction to something but not sure what, started coming through an hour after being fitted, but people who fitted it don't know either what's caused it. So wondered if anyone has had this happen.

You haven't dripped anything like dishwasher liquid or air freshener liquid on it have you?

No, its right next to my garage and looked at floor in the garage and the concrete is full of it but nothings leaked so just clueless as to what it is, as there's nothing to show an actual leak somewhere. I'm thinking could it be something to do with the concrete? The house is 17years old.

Just put vinegar down on garage floor and all this came up so definitely not pen.

It sounds frustrating! Blue ink-like spots on vinyl could be from leftover manufacturing residue, adhesive reactions, or staining during handling. Try cleaning with a vinyl-safe cleaner or mild soap and water—nothing too abrasive. If that doesn’t work, it could be a defect, so reaching out to the manufacturer might be your best bet.

Looks like there's been some sort of reaction against whatever additive is in that concrete. Maybe with the bit of trapped moisture under that nee vinyl has done similar and created the chemical reaction

Thank you for your reply, this does seem like this is the case, tried to get as much out of the concrete as we can and fully covered it. Luckily the fitters have been good and put new flooring down. Since covering garage floor nothing has come up so definitely some sort of reaction with the concrete.
