Walking over Primer

Hello, I’m looking to use f.ball 131 primer ahead of laying down electric mats then latexing over ahead of laying Amtico flooring. For step 1, after laying the primer, is it safe to walk on once dried or could it have an impact on the flooring later ?

Once fully dried you can yourself walk over it whilst screeding obviously but not alot of traffic.

You mentioned ufh mats, what process are you using?

You want to be using a flexible primer ideally.
