Water based over latex

    Ok been do a job today who we sub for, another lad had been and used mapei trade plan over asphalt and told the boss it needed more, we turn up today and he gives us 2 bags of balls fast track says reskim it and fit karndean block wood ontop after,my question is is it ok to put water based on top I always thought that water based was stronger than latex will there be any future probs when I told him about this he said be ok

    latexplan trade is one of the strongest latex's butfast track 30 is stronger defo could be problems down the line 30 has a compressive strength of 35 latexplan trade is 30

    Had level it 2 all over on Ashpalt last week. Right pain that. Its a high compression strength too. From now on only NA on Ashpalt for me.
    Does f.ball do a red or blue bag that is lower?

    blue bag is 20 red bag is 30, floorstok do theirs which are 18

    F5000 latex one of Floorwise's can get it at floorstoks in Manchester and the one near you should do it mate

    if you bought enough of it you could have it branded tarkett85 screed, it don't matter what you brand it/package it on the outside if it's a branded product inside that's what counts??

    true but when floorwise rebrand something you'd expect it to be a little cheaper than the branded equivalent

    it probably would be, but it costs extra to rebrand/printing everything. I used to have my tins of spray adhesive branded in my name, same stuff inside just my name on the outside but it cost extra = less profit
