What's your policy?

    If a customer has ordered and paid for flooring, got a fitting date booked, then decides they no longer want it and expects a full refund, would you give it to them? Taking into account you have already purchased the flooring for them

    We tell them if we have ordered there flooring there will be a fee to send it back.
    always a pain mate. Did they say why they cancelled ? What flooring was it ?

    That's what I was going to tell them. They said they've decided to move house, so didn't see the point in having new flooring, it's Abingdon lvt, the customer said we could just send it back with maybe a carriage charge, as if we just bought it off amazon

    Got another one to deal with this week, just finished a resin floor, ended up doing loads of samples to find what she wanted, finally ended up using crushed mirror glass to get the effect she wanted, but this involved using a shitload of expensive clear art coat on top £100 sqm to me,unfortunately she has walked across it before it's hardened, leaving footprints.
    I give up lol.
