In direct sunlight you should use a high temp adhesive. My favourite is Uzin KE66

Ke66 for all Wood plank and large tiles requardless where it is for me.
PS for small tiles with strips or small pieces aslong as there’s no direct sunlight it’s not in a conservatory and not UFH

What is the reason you wouldn't use ps for the larger stuff spacey?

All LVT expands and contracts with temperature changes The more length or bigger area of of a plank or tiles the more it can expand or contract. With Woodplank having a greater difference between the length and the width it is more susceptible to expansion or contraction on the length so to be safe I use the adhesive with the best chance of holding it in place

I do border first but seriously your get out your depth here
Mark your border line around the perimeter of the room and back mark using the line as a guide first piece is easy after that the next pieces must be kept exactly in line with the first to keep the border line straight
    Mitres are fun
